In this show I interview my friend and trusted Implant Rep, Scott Oyler from Nobel Biocare.  We discuss the problem of non-authentic dental implant components and the reasons behind their rise in use and the resulting problems.  Many times the restorative dentist is not aware that their restorations are made up of non-authentic components.  We also discuss Screwmentable restorations, defining this animal and chat about the indications and pearls of use.

Next, I discuss an interesting case that I saw on a Friday, right before the weekend, of a severe facial infection secondary tattoos numbers 18 and 19. The patient did well after his surgical procedure and being admitted to the hospital for IV antibiotics for approximately 72 hours.
